Our Process

We begin by passing raw water through high-grade silica sand filters. This removes all visible particles, silt, and sediment, ensuring the water is crystal clear from the very start.

Next, the water travels through a carbon bed that acts like a magnet for impurities. It removes chlorine, organic chemicals, and any unpleasant odors or tastes, leaving the water with its signature crisp, neutral flavor.

We "soften" the water by balancing mineral content. This ensures that every sip feels light on the palate and prevents the "heavy" aftertaste found in lower-quality brands.

The water is forced through precision filters as small as 1 to 5 microns. This catches microscopic debris that the human eye can’t even see, ensuring 100% liquid purity.

Using high-pressure pumps, we push the water through a semi-permeable membrane. This removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, and chemicals at a molecular level. What comes out is 99.9% pure .

In this stage, the water is infused with Ozone (O3) to ensure it is 100% bacteria-free. It then moves directly into our automated filling line. Our "Zero-Touch" system rinses, fills, and caps the bottles in a controlled environment, ensuring the water is never exposed to external air or human contact.

As the final safety "shield," the bottled water passes through a high-intensity Ultraviolet light chamber. This kills any remaining microscopic organisms at the DNA level. We then apply our Tamper-Evident Seal, locking in the "NTUEN COOL" purity until it reaches your hands.
